Delivery and return

We deliver to all UA friendly countries:

International deliveries
Currently we deliver only to Europe. Shipping cost for standard international deliveries is EUR 12 – 25 depending on the country of destination. All orders over EUR200 we will ship for free within Europe. Please mind possible taxes and duties in the country of destination are paid by the buyer.

Standard international shipping time, depending on the destination, may take from 7 to 21 days but we always doing our best to deliver asap.

Please note that order processing times and delivery can extend during holidays, sales and special offers.

As soon as your order ships, we will send you a tracking number in the Shipping confirmation email.

Exchange and return policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

To be eligible for a refund items must be unused, unwashed, complete, in original condition with packaging and tags intact and in a resalable condition. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges or refunds for items that are not in such condition.

Refunds are available only for items purchased at full price; sale items are not eligible for refunds.

We may request photos of the product prior to return to ensure a smooth and transparent process.

In line with Article 16(e) of the Directive, items sealed for hygiene and health protection reasons cannot be returned once the seal has been opened.

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For faulty or incorrect items, we offer a replacement or full refund and cover all related shipping costs.
