What is SILK4ME?
The brand of silk accessories, which is based on the principles of natural beauty, environmental safety and conscious self-care. We do not follow fashion, but create sustainable products, using natural materials of the highest quality.
What products can I buy?
We are producing silk scrunchies, buns twisters, pillow cases, sleep masks, wraps for drying hair, protective masks, basic sleeveless tops and shorts.
How to place an order?

How to pay?
– By bank card when ordering online
– Direct transfer to the credit card
– Cash against delivery with an advance payment of 300 UAH (only for Ukraine). A cash on delivery fee is added to the order amount: +2% +20 UAH.
How are orders delivered and under what conditions?
– Free domestic shipping (Ukraine) for orders more than 2500 UAH. Delivery at the rates of the local courier services for orders less than 2500 UAH. Orders are delivered within 2-7 business days.
– Free international shipping for orders over EUR 350. The cost of standard delivery is EUR 12-25 (depending on the country of destination the rate is calculated automatically at the checkout) for orders less than EUR 350. Delivery within 7-21 business days. Express delivery upon request.
How to exchange / return?
Our silk products fall into the category of underwear, therefore they are not subject to exchange and return in accordance with the Law of Ukraine. But we are ready to consider individually every case.
What kind of silk is used?
Only natural silk with a density minimum 19 momme (it may vary up to 22 momme depending on the product category). 19-22 momme is the optimal density for our products: silk products with a high density are used for sewing clothes, not underwear; silk products with a lower density are less durable.
What is mommy?
This is the value in which the density of silk is measured: “”momme”” = mommy = mm. This common unit of weight originates in Japan and is used to measure and describe natural silk fabrics. The higher this indicator, the denser, stronger and heavier natural silk.
What is the size of the SILK4ME silk pillowcase?
50×70 cm. We can sew other sizes of pillowcases upon personal order.
What’s inside the SILK4ME sleep mask?
From noble cultivated cocoons, a long, even thread of cream or white color is produced. The highest grade silk filler Mulberry (Mulberry) is obtained from this thread. We use this filler in our sleep masks. It is 100% natural and keeps our skin breathing!
Do you have gift paper?
No, we do not use short life tissue paper to wrap our accessories. You receive SILK4ME orders in our branded packaging (box and / or fabric bag, depending on the product), so they will always be a worthy gift.
What if I want to send a SILK4ME order as a gift?
We send a payment ticket to the customer’s address, so the recipient of the gift will not see the price of the product. The order is presented in a beautiful package that looks worthy as a gift.
How to care silk products?
– Wash manually / hand or delicate washing in washing machine/ dry cleaning are allowed. Wash together with items of similar color with a mild detergent at a temperature of 30 degrees. Rinse with cold water.
– Do not use bleach.
– Rubbing, wrinkling and twisting silk is not recommended, otherwise it will deform.
– Dry away from heaters and direct sunlight. Don’t dry in drying machine.
– Silk items are ironed slightly damp at temperatures up to 150 degrees.
