We deliver to all UA friendly countries:
Domestic deliveries (Ukraine):
– Free for orders over UAH 2500,00 to the nearest Nova Poshta point
– For orders up to UAH 2500,00 we ship with Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta according to the parcel service rates, which must be paid by the buyer.
Please allow us 2 to 7 business days to deliver your order.
International deliveries
Currently we deliver only to Europe. Shipping cost for standard international deliveries is EUR 12 – 25 depending on the country of destination (calculated automatically at checkout). All orders over EUR200 we will ship for free within Europe. Please mind possible taxes and duties in the country of destination are paid by the buyer.
Standard international shipping time, depending on the destination, may take from 7 to 21 days but we always doing our best to deliver asap.
Please note that order processing times and delivery can extend during holidays, sales and special offers.
As soon as your order ships, we will send you a tracking number in the Shipping confirmation email.
Exchange and return policy
Despite the fact that our products are included in the list of goods that are not subject to return and exchange in accordance with Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of March 19, 1994, we strive to make your shopping experience in our store pleasant. Therefore, within 14 days from the date of delivery of the purchase, we are ready to exchange the product or provide a credit from the store for the next purchase, provided that the product has no signs of wear, the packaging is not damaged, and the tags are intact. Please note that if an item shows signs of wear, damage or washing, or is returned without the original packaging or label, we reserve the right not to issue an exchange. Shipping for returned products is at the buyer’s expense.
Of course, if we have sent an item/size/color that does not match what was ordered, we will exchange it and pay shipping.
Product color
Our team strives to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, since computer, tablet and mobile phone monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that the color display on your device will be the same as the actual color.
What is the exchange/store credit procedure?
Check that all tags are in place and make sure the item is not in use. Write to us at info@silk4.me, agree on the products for exchange and receive a return address. Send your order to us in the original packaging. Once the products have been received and inspected by us, within 7 days of receipt of the return we will send the products you have chosen for exchange or credit the refund amount to your account in our store for new purchases.
